Are they communities? Are they named areas? Please explain

Both are the names of area in Dubai. Muraqqabat is located in Deira near to the airport, while Satwa is in Bur Dubai. Satwa is a residential area.

Dubai is divided into to main parts. Deira and Bur Dubai. Satwa is located in Burdubai that's the newer part of Dubai.Its a residential place. There is no difference between the old and new part both are busy and nice. Muraqqabat is located in Deira. Deira is close to most of the shopping city and the airport. Most of the sight seeing places and the good malls and hotels are in the Burdubai side. Its basically named divisions of the city.

muraqqabat is in Dubai it is a very big place and it is very beautiful
