Not sure what a "strong" sentence is.
Plus, the word prevail has multiple senses. In one sense it means "to convince" as in
"I could not prevail upon my wife to accompany me to the conference"
Another sense (more common one?) is "to exist" as in
"When inflationary conditions prevail it becomes difficult to obtain loans to start new businesses"
