Some women experience bleeding around the time of the expected period when they are pregnant. I have no idea what cuases it, but to my knowledge it is much lighter than a normal period.

It could be implantation bleeding. Implantation occurs 6-10 days from conception. If you are unsure of when you ovulated, this could explain the bleeding.

It could be ovulatory bleeding. Again, if you don't know when you ovulated, you might not have ovulated yet and are doing so now.

It could be anovulatory bleeding. If you didn't ovulate the previous cycle, you couldn't have a normal period. YOu could have bleeding at the time of the period though. It might be lighter than a normal period or nearly the same.

Stress can affect when you ovulate and therefore delay your period, but once you've actually ovualated, stress does not affect the coming period.

I'd recommend a home pregnancy test. It would at least give you somewhere to start.

You can sometimes have a show period which is what you have described, but if you are trying to conceive and have been for a while stress and anticipation can also do the same thing to your period. Best way is to get a test if you are TTC then bulk buy pregnancy tests it saves a little bit of money and you have them sitting there for when you need them next.

Anything is possible. I have no idea if you are or not because I dont know when you ovulated, when your period was or when you had sex during your cycle. No one is going to be able to answer this for you lacking the information needed.

If you had your period, then you're not pregnant.
If you're really worried, use a home pregnancy test.
