Isn't it crazy the limits that paparazzi go to to stalk a celebrity? Isn't it time there were laws to protect people, especially children from being terrorized by these bloodsuckers? Really. I find it ridiculous. I don't know how these celebs live with it.

Leo DiCaprio's bad luck to pick a flight with a load of them on board...of course the bad guys will end up being the body guards in that fiasco. And that poor girl's parents must be terror stricken at the beasts squatting on their property night and day.

Don't celebs deserve at least the same rights as others being stalked? Say a minimum of 15 feet or something? Sheesh.

This has bothered me for a long time. I'm glad I'm not the only one out there that feels the same. I think their should be laws about the paparazzi! I would hate being famous because of it!
I live in Idaho, and I know that's why a lot of celebrities chose to live here, is because we treat them like normal people! Harrison Ford, Demi Moore, Bruce Willis, just to name a few.

Dave Chappel was on The Actor's Studio and he was saying that he went to Africa and he loved it there because people treated him like a normal person. They didn't care that he was famous.

I loved reading People Magazine and all those other Celeb mags, but I've decided to boycott them, because the Paparazzi gets paid big money every time I buy one. It is SO ridiculous!
I think it should be stricter that 15 feet. And the jeering that they get from them should be considered harassment.
I think that everything that happens to the paparazzi, they deserve.
Thanks for letting me vent!!!

I couldn't agree more !!! Do I have to get to know about every lipstick smear of those people. I remember the pics of Caroline of Monaco's dead husband's body ( st. Casiraghi) floating in the sea ( speedboat accident) and thinking: no children should get to see their dad like this on the front page and neither do hers...
And honestly, don't we seriously have no other worries in our lives than if Leo or Brittney or Paris has a hangover or a grown in nail and Lindsay L. being even more of a skeleton than Nicole R. or either one topping Calista F...
And what are they doing to 'deserve' this special attention:
acting, singing, play soccer, standing sweet rich nothing...
all of which is no crime but not an act of heroism either.
So thanks for the input.

There are laws - private personal property is off limits (like a home).

However, one of the reasons actors and models are paid so much is to deal with being a public figure and all the nasty things that come with it. Right now, there are a million people (AT LEAST) in the US that would take Leo's place in a heartbeat.

And, celebrities court publicity. The tabloids are busy chasing Lindsey Ho-han and Paris Ho-ltin because they put themselves out there with their partying, serial dating, and tempertantrums. How often, compared to these types of people, do you see Scarlett Johanssen, Jessica Alba, and Mandy Moore? Sure, they pop up occasionally here and there, but it's never them punching out a photog, being drunk and running people over, or things like that.

Yeah there should be laws that protect celebritys. They're people too. They need their privacy. If people want to see them they need to go to the movies or watch televison.
