Ok I'm going to be going on a trip out of state well more like out of 3 states but I didn't know if a driving permit from one state would let me drive in others. So heres my question can a permit from one state work in all of them?

A standard driver's license issued by any one of the 50 states will work in all other states... if you are inquiring about a learner's permit, generally those are issued solely for use in the state in which they were issued... check your local DMV for further information as most have that stuff online !

Not usually, you must have a valid drivers' license to drive state to state. On a permit, most states will only allow you to drive with another person with a valid license and only in daylight hours. You should check with the Division of Motor Vehicles for your state.A permit is only valid for your state in which you are applying. An inexperienced driver should not drive on interstate highways right away.Get experienced driving the main roads and local highways first. The roads are filled with crazy drivers that you must be able to respond to on a moments notice.

as long as your not driving after the certin time you are not sosposed to. like ohio you can not drive after 12 am with only a permit. and not before 6am. and you have to have a licenced driver with you
