How would you know the blood was coming out of the ovary? Ovaries are inside the body. If you mean that blood was coming out of the vagina, that is normal. Either the hymen was broken, or the rough nature of the rape caused some trauma to the vagina that made it bleed.

You obviously mean the vagina. I shall keep this simple. The act of rape leaves many marks of damage on the body which a doctor or forensic pathologist can detect and use to catch the criminal/person commiting the act. It is indeed getting very difficult for a person to commit rape and escape without leaving evidence. The damage and the act have nothing sexual about them just as there is nothing sexual about the rapist. Most of the are mentally damaged individuals. Hope this helps.

Ovaries are far inside the body hence can not bleed due to rape.internal or intervaginal injury caused during rape can be the reason of bleeding.

The first answer is correct the ovaries are in the abdomen, you obviously do not know much about anatomy.
As for rape, it is a criminal act, anyone caught guilty of this crime is severely punished.
