I usually post polite answers because I usually answer the "hard" questions, when people really need help. Personally, I find it annoying when people are sarcastic on my questions. :] SOMETIMES, though, I may use sarcasm if the question is like that. For example, if someone makes a joke.

I'd like to think that I was being helpful as much as possible when the question is giving advice, and that when I disagree with someone I do it politely - that's the goal, anyway. And I do get very upset when people think that they've 'answered' simply by dishing out an insult.

When there is hatred or rudeness exhibited in the question, I have answered sarcastically. But 90% of the time I am polite!

Depends on question, really. If the question was serious, contains no racism, absurdity, intolerance of any type, then I'll gladly be courteous in my answer. But if it was sarcastic, or simply stupid, then I'll answer with sarcasm.

Mostly sarcastic ones. Mostly because I like to see which of my opinions gets a violation that's not valid. It's stupid how people get violated for their opinion.

I always try to be polite, in Y/A land and reality. It's just whom I am.
