Sasuke fights Orochimaru (disguised as a grass ninja) in episodes 29 and 30. It is an awesome fight, and it is where Sasuke gets the cursed seal. I am sorry if this isn't the fight you meant, but it is the only animated Sasuke/Orochimaru battle so far.
