Do you arrange the bills in an orderly fashion, in ascending order according to denomination, and then, within each denomination, the raggedyest to the crispest?
Or, is it just a wad of cash?

I actually am one of the ones who arranges the bills in an orderly fashion, making sure they are all in the same direction, ascending.

I try to keep it in an ascending order of Denominations. If I dont there is a danger of giving to much money for things. If When I am leaving A Shop it usually gets shoved in anyway.

I arrange them from largest to smallest denomination, but I don't sort by appearance.

My bills go from descending and so forth...i try to keep it pretty organized

I just shove everything in-loose change, receipts, id cards...kinda disorganised :D
