Either copy the picture from its original place and then paste in word, or if it is a file, go to Insert, Picture, From File, and choose the file.
Once you have inserted it, insert a text box (Insert, Text Box). Right click, Format text box, Borders and Shading, make it have no fill and no line. Drag the text box over the picture, and type in it.
