Surely you cannot be this naive. They are doing what rabbits are meant to do, and you need to separate them to make them stop. How are you going to care for 14 babies? Those bunnies all need care and attention.

If you care about these animals at all, you will separate the parents, and keep the males away from the females. Maybe it's time to call a rabbit rescue and see if they can help.

Rabbits are "always in heat" and "willing to breed". A rabbit can start breeding and having babies as young as 12 weeks old. It only takes 28-32 days until the litter is born, and if not protected from the male, they can breed within hours after her delivering. Although it may put a few dollars in your pocket, it is VERY hard on a rabbit to breed and have babies on a constant basis, plus the more inbreeding you do, the weaker the rabbits become. I personally never breed a doe more then twice a year, or three times if she had a small last litter. For healthy babies, it's best to keep them with Mom until 8-weeks of age, then I usually seperate the males / females into two seperate cages for 2 weeks to be sure that the are eating well and strong before seperating them into individual cages. 10-12 weeks of age, they are in their own private cages, and not allowed to breed until the age of 6-months.
*Someone mentioned about selling to petshops, which I have done in the past, but as Easter is right around the corner, do not let the petshop talk you into selling rabbits under 8 weeks of age. It is against the law, and authorities do visit petshops, especially ones selling "Easter Bunnies" and it won't be them that gets busted, it will be you, the breeder for selling a rabbit that is legally to young.

Good Luck!

A female rabbit can have a litter every month, and her female babies will be able to have their own babies as young as 3-4 months of age. You need to separate the males and females.... and find homes for ones you can't house properly. Male rabbits usually fight, and while related females often don't fight, they sometimes do, so you can't keep them all together. Here is a site to help tell apart males and females, as it can be very difficult with babies: http://barbibrownsbunnies.com/gender.htm

Thats what rabbits do-they can have several litters a year. In a month you will probably have a lot more. Sell some of them to pet stores in the area or advertise them in the local paper and sell some of them for Easter. It is a good time to sell rabbits right now.

to reproduce ofcourse...You can't keep males and females together rabbits are very good at making more bunnies and so on and so on. Think of the energizer bunny. They will keep going and going and going. Then you will have to build more housing

They keep on breeding, that's why. If you have a male and female in the same cage' then I would sugjest that you move one. You can't stop them from breeding unless you do seperate them. No offense, but you should have known that if you have a girl and a boy together then they will mate.

Duh!
(again, no offense!)

Separate the male from the female.or go to the vet because they can castarte them...and they can never have babies. I mean why should you stop them from having babies if you can sell the babies, or give them to the pet store and they would give you money! It's a good way to get "RICH". I would be happy to buy all of them. ;)

Easy answer here.... Just remove the male (s) and the females will quit having babies...
