For the second group, I think the answer is cortisone cream because it's based on a hormone and organic. The other 4 are inorganic.

Not really sure about the first group. It could be chicken because it contains a variety of cell types, whereas leather bone and rice are 1 cell type and cantaloupe is a couple? Not really sure but chicken was the first thing that jumped out at me.

What in the world is this for? And I totally don't get how it concerns microbiology.
