Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: With my first pregnancy, my nipples got very very sensitive. I felt like I'd sat out topless in the sun and gotten a lobster sunburn on them - I could barely stand the touch of the fabric on my bra on them.

Not only was the outer skin area of them sensitive, but they ached too - and that's natural, as your body gets them ready to expand and become milk delivery tools.

Luckily, it's temporary. There are soothing gel nipple pads you can buy online that cool the area and are really great.

My boobs hurt really bad a week before my periods. Now that I am pregnant that is the number one pain for me. It is like 99% worse.

Yup that's one of those "signs". Wait until your period is due and test. If get a negative and you still don't get your period in a week test again. Good luck.

yes that is how i knew i was pregnant with all 3 of mine, that and back ache...good luck
