HOW DO YOU PUT DOWN A PICTURE ON MICROSOFT WORD AND THAN PUT TEXT OVER THE PICTURE . SERIOUSLY HELP ME!

Click on the picture, use Format on Menu tab, Select the Picture Option, in the resulting window select the Layout tab, select "Behind Text"

Insert>Picture from File and select the picture you want.

Then I would do Insert>Picture Text Box. Insert your text, edit font, color, etc. Right click the edige of the text box and under format select No Fill & No Line.

double click on the picture, then go to layout...pick behing text....good luck
