buy pure glycerin and mix it with 2-3 parts water and lather it on. It helps to smooth and moisturize.

Neutrogena products are made with chemicals that are known to promote genital birth defects in male offspring. Phthalates are used to make creams silky smooth and, when the chemicals are dermally aborsbed, wreak havoc on the internal organs of your body. Phthalates give you a nice, plastic coating on your skin. You might want to try this instead... Simple vegetable oil. Just a few drops. Guaranteed not to cause problems for sensitive skin. Hundreds of years of animal testing has never shown natural oils to have any risks to human health at all. Nature has the best moisturizers going. Feed your cells, don't coat them in plastic. check my profile for more. Vaseline is bleached petroleum, packed with petro-chemcials and was originally developed from the sludge that forms on the pipes of filthy oil rigs - you might want to avoid that stuff, too.

I love the Mary Kay Night cream for deep moisture, and the nutrogena microdermabrasion to keep my skin smooth and glowing. I get the microdermabrasion kit at Walgreen's or target.
