How much room do I have to leave between new pergo and existing tile and carpet. I can't get to Lowes tonight and get them, but I want to keep putting boards down.
I need to know how wide that plastic channel is that screws to the floor.
Thanks

The plastic channel is about 1/2" wide.
For carpet, stop the Pergo an 1 1/2" from the finished edge of the carpet.
For tile or other hard surface that is different elevation, stop the Pergo 2" from where you want the finished edge of the reducer to rest on the lower hard surface floor.
For tile or other hard surface that is same elevation, stop Pergo 1" between the 2 floors.
