please, please take the time to read and help.....?

Question

Me and my husband filed bankruptcy last year we were able to keep our house so our bills each month some up to 1,200.00 besides eats and gas.we were trullery doing great since the bankruptcy he got a job in the mines i stayed home we had extra money left over it was great well about 1 month ago he lost his job hes not eligable for unemployment and we are already drawing food stamps, he is against me working but he has these standerds as to what he looks for like its eaither the mines or fed-ex ect. things that are not hiring right now and it dosn't seem to worry him at all about not being able to pay our bills i stress all day and caint sleep at night i can barley eat anymore for worrying. because at the end of the month our bills will be due and if we miss our bankruptcy payment will loose our home, he seems to think everything will be fine but how??? he want talk to me about it he say I worry to much and it pisses me off because he dose'nt worry at all.but what else am i to do, i ...

thought about geting two jobs because that is what it would take im only 20 and i dont have any specail training so minimum wage would be it for me, but we only have the one vehicle and he says no because if someone calls him to work he will have no way to get there. its not that he dont want the house because TRUST ME he dose, he just dont realize the drasticness of all this and nothing worrys him..im sick and tired of being the only one in the relationship who worrys and deals with the bills, i try to talk to him ive even tryed letting him pay the bills but it dose'nt work, we moved out of our home while filing bankruptcy the first time and stayed with my parents and that was the worst expieriance ever i dont want that ever again, i just wish he would come down from his high horse and look for realistic jobs they may not be wonderful but hey they will pay the bills untill somthing else comes along..am i wrong to grip so much to him what should i do.....??????????????????????????HELP?

Thought I would try to give you some advice since no one else has, wow, you are in a situation I wouldn't want to be in. Your husband doesn't seem to understand the laws of bankruptcy because they will take the home, now they may give you a few months since he is out of work, but if he isn't trying to obtain work they will not look good on that part. You need to go ahead and call them and explain what has happened, sometimes we think if we don't call they will over look it, but it does look better for you if you are trying. He needs to let go of his standards for now and find something that is hiring. I'm sure he worries it may just be a different way then yours. No one can't help to with what is going on right now. Maybe he is in denial about all of this thinking something will come up soon, but one thing about jobs are they usually don't fall into your lap. Why is he not wanting you to work? Children? If no children that is crazy as he is already getting food stamps, I am not trying to be mean but I would rather my wife work then get food stamps. Calm down and try to think more clearly about this. When under stress things can seem worst than they are, once you have calmed down try talking to him again and maybe by this time you would have already talked to the court and they will give you an answer about what will be done if you miss one payment.
