Yes for a foreign country,Vietnam.(Taiwan is predominantly Chinese in religion,culture,etc.and it is only recognized a separate country politically but can be considered as part or extension of China.It's inhabitants directly descended from mainland China.)

Although still subject to opinions and debates,Chinese influence during the period 111 BC - 10th century AD in Vietnam's history is undeniable.

Tibet, Korea, Mongol, Vietnam, and almost every minor Asian countries...Don you know the half ot modern China(it's larger than US) was once ruled by foreigners invaded by China?
