Does he like me or am I totally waisting my time liking this guy. You see I have 2 best friends him, and a girl. Well they dated for less than A DAY !!! She broke it off after being the 1 to get it started !!! ( so that kinda makes him off limits to me in the first place ) but i still love him like crazy . it seems like he flirts with me from time to time. but he also hangs on to acouple other girls that I'm friends w/ ! so, do any of you know what the heck is going on with him !?!

if you can't figure him out, just for get about him... No guy is worth figuring out, so don't waste your time... Go out side the house and have enjoy the sun shine....

Well you know him best and you don't know, so the only way to tell is to ask him. I would bet since you say he's one of your best friends he is worrying at least a little about dating you and losing a friend...which leaves him with mixed feelings and changing his mind. If your other best friend dated him by asking him out for a day then broke it off... I cannot see why that would leave him off limits to you. You may want to tell her first but it was her choice to date him and leave him after only a day...unless he did something very wrong that isn't forming any kind of boyfriend/girlfriend history for you to stomp on.
Just ask him if he's dating someone now...and your other friends too to make sure you have the answer. If he's free I see no reason not to ask him out...though I'd try to find out if there was any good reason she dumped him after a day other than changing her mind.
