Im thinking about getting half life 2 and i was wondering if it will work on my computer.

It will be fine. I am using a 3.0 HT P4 with 128 mb Geforce 5200 (my 256 card died) and 512 RAM with no hiccups and smooth action (high FPS). I love HL2!!! Download the Substance Mod once you finish the game. The first two guys, it is just your opinion or have you actually tried it with the asker's specs?

Heck ya you can! Your gonna have to turn down most grafix options but you'll still enjoy the game.
