NTL broadband has now been replaced by the all new Virgin Media brand - a merger of NTL, Telewest and Virgin.net broadband.

This happened at the beginning of the year I think

Yes, the rebrand took place on feb 8th this year - its the coming together of NTL, Telewest, Virgin Mobile and Virgin.net.

Existing customers should have been notified by mail and can find all information on Virginmedia.com

It is I was shocked when I had a bill of Virgin Media they didn`t inform me of the take over

yes & lol at your category! it changed then there was a big bust up with sky and now i can't watch lost or the simpsons (except really old ones on channel 4) it's very sad x

yes and they have made sure they have go the worst channels possible! i think they waited 4 me and my partner to sign a contract!
