what do i download to add items to my sims2 pc game?

how do i transfer objects,skins,walls,floors into my sims 2 pc game? also how do you remove the blur?

I have the sims 2 and you have 2 register online to get online sis2.com skins wall etc. u can't get them form pc 2 pc or any other expansion pack.

Go to ModtheSims2.com and become a member. Then, download Q Express there. They have tons of things you can download there.
