Plentiful accommodation / hotels / lodges are available in and around Majestic area of Bangalore, Opposite main city Railway Station / Bus terminus, well within your said budget. And Palace grounds are very nearby to the Majestic area - well connected with Public Transport and local auto rickshaws.
