I had 3 in january within a week of each other, is it really illegal, i have paod hundreds over the yrs in bank charges

While I'm not sure exactly what you are asking because you aren't very specific I would say check with your contract. You made an agreement with the bank when you put money in, they have the right to charge you fees that should have been addressed when you started banking with them.
I suggest you call them or go in in person to discuss the charges. See if they, or another bank can set you up with an account that has little or no fees attatched.

Illegal means you are not here and you can not have a bank account or a job, etc. You are not here and because you are not here you could not claim. Good luck. All you are doing is illegal and with stolen documents.

Are you taking about charges from the bank due to Non suffficient Funds on your part? No, it is perfectly legal.
