There are tons! Several places to check:

LasVegasReviewJournal.com
Craigslist.com
Monster.com

Try going to the Fashion Show mall as well. They are always looking to hire models for their runway show.

You can usually find modeling gigs through the classifieds. Most are for conventions, you can also find some on Craigslist, but beware as some will want you to model your birthday suit.
