sure do! me and my hubby were divorced for 5 years and got remarried 3 and a half years ago! all is well....way better than before! it can be done if both people are ready to grow up and do what they promised to do in the first place!

The only couple I know who were divorced then got remarried to each other wound up getting divorced again. They decided against getting married to each other for a third time

I don't know, but my husband was proposing this idea to me before our divorce was even final. I thought about it, but no, I don't know if I could do that. Maybe if we had gotten divorced but hadn't planned it beforehand. That was too weird! I think if you are getting along that well before you divorce, you should stay married and dismiss the divorce. Otherwise, I think that's great! I wonder how many work out the second time to each other. I hope it's a high percentage!

I know a few. A couple who were separated for 14 months. I know another couple who were divorced for 40 years and got back together. Another couple who nearly killed each other during a divorce and ended up getting back together.
I'm not saying it's the right thing to do. I'm just saying that people do do it.

yeah my aunt and uncle. They were married for about 1O years and then got divorced and they lost contact for about 15 years, but then a few years ago, they started talking again and got remarried within a year!

yes, i do, my aunt and uncle. they were married for 10 years, then after the divorce remained living together for another 10 years, and got remarried on what would have been their 20th wedding anniversary.

Yes, my brother and my sister-in-law.
They are very happy. They divorced shortly after they married (very young). I think she really just freaked over being so young. She seemed to have decided that she didn't want to live without him, so they remarried. I think they've been married some 30+ years.
