Didn't I just answer this question?

The Eurostar runs from London to Brussels, there you have to buy a ticket and change trains to Amsterdam. It's about a 6-8 hour ride total, but you only have to change trains once.

The Eurostar is the high speed train than goes under the English channel through the "Chunnel".

U can try EuroStar or Eurorails,if u want to travel by rail.If not, u can always book a budget flight ( to save time & cost ) on Easyjet or Ryan Air,they offer good prices sometimes cheaper than rails itself.Good Luck!
