I have a 30 days notice but I just have 15 days notice to get another job....

If your contract requires 30 days notice, then you have to give 30 days notice.

The only way out of that, without being liable for breach of contract, is if you speak to the other party and they agree to waive the 30 day notice requirement.

Otherwise, if you leave before the 30 days, you may be liable for the difference between what they would pay you, and what you need to pay someone else to take over for you during that period, as well as for any other consequential damages incurred.
