TV s are extremely entertaining and nowadays, mostly everyone has a TV in their house because it is very popular.
TVs are made so news and current events, movies, commercial, ads can be broadcasted and shared with the world. (= People respect TVs as their life because it's just so interesting to watch. They have their own reasons because everyone is unique in a speical way. You may not like TV. =] Watching a "cool" movie on TV is Cool because of many many reasons. one may be that everyone else who is on the same channel at the time you are on is actually incredibly fun!!! if you don't believe me, try it next time~its actually extremely exciting and fun! [thats my opinion]. And, during commercial break on some channels, they usually pause at the most suspenseful part which is soo thrilling!!!!!!! :D

Tv's are cool to watch because they are an activity that anybody and everybody does and it is entertaining and leisure and kills off time and plus your learning new stuff everyday so aswell as being fun u also get educated...the average person watches 6-12 hours a week of TV which is alot. but everyone loves TV :P

Things that happen in most movies can't ever happen in reality. Movies full of coincidences, unexpected endings and romance -for example- make people prefer watching tv than facing the real world, which can be cruel.

Television is so cool to you, because the realities of life haven't reached down and slapped you silly, yet. Just wait for when you go out into the real world, and you then have to house, feed, and clothe yourself. Not to mention paying for medical services and medicine. Oh, and don't think that you are the only one who feel that TVs are cool, either. There are so many couch potatoes out there who are in this same boat that I have just described to you. What make it so sad is that they are adults! Television portrays fantasy lives. What are you portraying? Don't let the television rob you of your life!

because it takes you away fomr your life and whatever stress you have from work/school it makes you live throught someone else and not have to worry for a while....
