Bush should not be slandered for war because it was congress who agreed to go to war in the first place.

It couldn't be worse than two Bushes in office. Clinton caused a real problem of the lowest budget deficit in over 40 years. Clinton caused the first budget surplus in the 20th century. Clinton caused better staffed police and fire stations. Clinton caused better schools. Clinton caused other nations to have respect and admiration for the US not the hate and disdain they have now. If another Clinton in office would be like the first one I would be all for it.

what problems did clinton cause? it was George W. Bush's Executive Order W199I-WF-213589 that help bin aldin to pull of 9/11
