Have you read Ulysses? if yes do you think he is a good leader why or why not??

Do you mean

The Latin language name for Odysseus, a character in ancient Greek literature
or
Ulysses (novel), James Joyce's influential 1922 novel

If you mean Odysseus he was a good leader in that he won the war by devising the Trojan horse. But he certainly did not care much for the welfare of his men.
