I think 'practical meditation' should be the name you want to know. Especially, there are a lot of Buddhist mediation books for those interested people to read, but, let me remind you and those in question, such meditation lessons need your leaders with expertise on the matter. You can search from related web sites, I mean where to contact and practice meditation. It is advised not to meditate according to the books yourselves, it is not wise to do so and, literally speaking, against the rules since in our Eastern culture, one needs his/her own teacher(s) to teach and guide you first.
