how the human body utilizes(just need to know what food have these, how body digest them, and what do they do to human body, like provide energy) monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysacchrides, lipids, fats, triglycerides, and proteins. also i need to know the empirical formula for lipids, fats, triglycerides, and proteins. thank you !!

monosaccharides, disaccharides, polysacchrides are carbohydrates richly present (only in plant) foods like cereals, millets, roots and tubers, fruits etc.they provide immediate energy to the body.Complex carbohydrates(like starch) upon digestion by diff enzymes in the body at diff parts like mouth (partial), stomach(usually there is no digetion in stomach cos of acidic medium),intestine yield simplest carbohydrate that is glucose which enters the cell and gives energy by glycolysis ,krebs cycle ,electron transport chain.

fats or lipids are concentrated and storage form of energy, digested in stomach n intestine by digetsive enzymes.Foods like milk n milk procducts,,nuts and oil seeds, all meats (very less in fish) contain fats

proteins are imp for growth and development, though they give energy human body shd depend on energy from only carbohyrdates and fats.foods like legumes and pulses, all eat foods, egg fish contain proteins

Formulas:
carbohydrate Cn(H2O)n

lipids and fats both are same and are made up of fatty acid(represented by R) and glycerol---->C3H5(OH)3
fatty acid--->CnH2nO2(this is a saturated fatty acid)

Unsaturated fatty acid
Monounsaturated fatty acid which means a single double bond therefore it has two hydrigen atoms less so we can write the formula as Cn(H2n-2)O2
if two double bonds then it has 4 hydorogen atoms less(2*2) which is Cn(H2n-4)O2
it three then 6 Hydrogen atoms less(2*3) which is Cn(H2n-6)O2,if a fatty acid has two or more double bonds it is called as Polyunsaturated fatty acid.
triglyceride is considered as true fat (it has 3 fatty acid attached to one glycerol molecule)
The chemical formula is CH2COOR-CHCOOR'-CH2-COOR", (R is thefatty acid and rest of carbon skeleton is glycerol both are attached by an ester link)

proteins are made up of amino acids joined together by peptide bonds (the composition of amino acids detrmines what protein it is).each amino acid is contains a carbon attached to amino group(NH2) ,carboxyl functional group(COOH) a hydrogen atom and any other group like methly etc as carbon valency is four.normally a bond isformed beteem amino gropu one amino acic and carboxyl group of another amino acid forming a peptide bond.
General formula of amino acid is NH2CHRCOOH

the body breaks dowm food through digestion. the food that we eat contains carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids. the digestive system breaks down these substances into simplest forms with the aid of enzymes.
empirical formulas can be found in your textbook.
detailed explanations can also be found in your textbook if you look up glycolysis, kreb cycle, electron transport chain, and digestion.
