A long time ago I thought that love was something that you reserved for some special set of people that you had judged worthy of it.
After a while I got to thinking about what Jesus had said about turning the other cheek and loving our neighbor I put the two together and realized that he had made no exceptions in these statements. It became obvious to me that he intended that we exclude no one from the love that we are supposed to be giving. I started thinking about my idea of love and suddenly realized that I had not been loving anyone at all. I had simply been judging everyone and every thing.
Judging someone worthy of love is not love, it is only judgment. I actually started to cry when I realized this. I saw just how much of my life I had wasted being judgmental, thinking of myself as a Christian, when I was actually doing just the opposite of what Jesus had asked us to do.
I thought about the verse judge not lest ye be judged, and I understood it for the first time.
I realized that I have a lot of catching up to do. So many opportunities were wasted. I now try to apply the love that I have for the world in a universal way like Jesus asks us to do.
If I start to feel afraid and think that I see someone that I should not love because of something I have thought or heard I try to catch my mistake as soon as possible. I tell myself that I have forgot the truth and have fallen for the same old trick that had cost me so many opportunities to be loving in the past. The horror of this realization is often all that is necessary to bring me back to my senses and make me drop the judgmental nonsense I was thinking.
I still have a lot to learn about love, but at least I’m making progress.
Love and blessings

My new one is that it's up to you to tell people who you are, not the other way around. I got this from the fashion designer Rachel Roy when she was a guest on Oprah. She was basically saying that the first impression that a person makes with their style is their first opportunity to show people who they really are, because style is supposed to reflect the individual. I just thought that this was a great idea for style, but also for life in general. I think a lot of us tend to get defined by others telling us who you are, and it's important to remember that life is about defining yourself, because it's imperative to know who you are.

I stay by making use of quite some motto's, certainly. yet one word has caught out extra beneficial than something: "Get out of this international Get get out of this place Make your existence properly worth residing with love on your face Get out of this trance Get out of the wind Run away out of your sickness It is going in one course." those are somewhat lyrics that a number of my acquaintances wrote. The 0.33 line is the wonderful in my opinion, "Make your existence properly worth residing with love on your face" and that's what i attempt to stay by making use of. residing existence to the fullest - residing each 2d achieveable and somewhat loving human beings as i pass. Have a famous individual for this super question! Take care. :)

If you aren't happy doing it, then don't.
An old friend of my family's lives this way. At an early age, he said soemthing to this affect. If what you do in life, regardless of what it is, does not provide happiness to you in some way, then don't do it.
Yah.. there's things like taxes and other such that "have" to be done - this is when you take the point of view of "if you don't do it, will you be more miserable?"

Always be exactly myself. Be just what I would be if the other person wasn't around. Then you will attract those who are like you. I used to dance and flirt and my counselor said to me, what will you do with him when you "catch " him, who will you be then, because I am a very down to earth honest sincere person.

really on no one but yourself.
if i can't do it on my own i don't need to do it.
i came by these because a large majority of the people who's job it was to keep me safe when i was a child failed, and there for if i want something i will find a way to get for myself. i refuse to need anyone else. if i can't do it on my own i don't need to do it.

"maybe all one can hope for is to end up with the right regrets" it helps me rememberer that i'm not perfect and that i don't have to try to be. and that when i do something wrong, as long as i do my best to make up for it and ask for forgiveness, it's ok.
