Its sticking to the side of my pool its body looks chrome and has smaal long legs/arms? What kind of bug is it?

Tough to answer without more information - where is this pool (S. Africa? Mongolia? Paraguay?); Does it have any color or patterns? Is it long and thin or fat and round? Anything else you notice about it would help. My working guess would be that it's some kind of beetle, simply because they're the things that have the most kinds of metallic-looking bodies.
