This mainly depends on how much you want to spend on a dress. If you dont mind spending big bucks, then get one personally made. Buy the fabric you want, sketch the way that you want the dress to look and fit. Then take it to someone in your town that makes dresses. The other store that you could go to would be Deb, they dont make THE BEST dresses, but they are alright. They will usually have poteat sizes. Sorry that that is all i can give you!

Check out bridal shops, the flower girl and Jr. bride's maid section. You can try them on and see which one you like best, and a lot of them will also alter the dress too for free or for less than a tailor.
