its obvious that he is a second hand coach at a team that demands performance! and yet he has no self esteem and wont quit!

capello is a top notch coach, however, it's not really working out at Madrid this time and he is a defensive coach, while the Madrid fans love attacking football.
Why won't he quit, if he quits he won't get a massive compensation package, simple. If Real sack him he'll get 3 or 4 million pay off.

he is a good coach but needs to be given freedom by the board. Until the board realise that they cannot control the football side of the club, they will keep up this high turnover of coaches. If Benitez has any wits about him he would not go anywhere near the real job.

capello is one of the top 5 coaches in the world,he may be strick but everywhere his been a champion give the man some time.however a club like real is desperat fo trophies right now he will be able to get them trophies but will the fans and board like the style of football real is playing.
