You have to learn to make tons of other cakes first then you can have your cheesecake & twins too! This will take a while to learn to make the cakes before the cheesecake to get to it but it pays off.

I know that you can make the cheesecake, but it is easier to use cheats. Of course. When playing and the woman/man (LOL) is pregnant, hold down shift, ctrl., and c at the same time. A cheat bar will pop up and you type in: forcetwins

cheesecake makes you have twins? that's awesome!
there's a cake display item in the business items, maybe you can make cakes with that or even the big oven they use in businesses?
or you can just drive to the nearest cake store in Bluewater Village and buy one :)

Or you can make your pregnant sim your active sim then bring up the cheat window and type in forcetwins. Now isn't that so much simpler.
