Clean the fans, make sure everything is bolted on tight, and make sure none of the cables are being hit by the fans.

You can clean the fans using those canned dust cleaners which you can buy for 3 for $10 at your local computer hardware store. Just spray and the dust will go away.

If you dont care for spending a little money, you can buy some new fans that has reduced noise and replace the old noisy fans with those.

Hope that helps.

If the buzzing is fans then you could simply take the side panel off and unplug all but the cpu and graphics card fans, that will make it quieter, but leave the case open so air can get into the comp without the fans. If its still noisey consider replacing fans inside the computer they usually only cost a few $$$
