Yep, this is wrong and sick, because it qualifies as RAPE. She is not able to give you permission, whether verbally or by active participation, so by default the answer is no. The fact that she is your wife makes no difference - she still has the right to refuse you.
If you don't like it, then divorce her. Or, you could be a REAL man and get her some help to overcome her addiction, and then seek a therapist to help you both address any lingering emotional/marital/sexual problems that persist after that.

My gut response would be to say heck yes but thinking about it a little deeper...what is her reaction to you doing this? I mean does she push you away or encourage this. Does she have lots of issues that she has a hard time talking about that stop her from being intimate with you when she's sober?
Be a friend as well as a husband and seek help for the marriage, alcoholism and emotional issues.

yes this is considered rape. she is drunk and unable to make a responsible decision as she would be able to when sober. married or not, without PROPER conscent it is rape.
Have you tried getting her some help. Maybe see if she will go to AA meetings, pray for her. She really needs help since she is an alcoholic. That is a horrible way to live.

Ask for her consent first before she gets drunk.Try by all means to get her into church and rehab.A life with an alcoholic is a miserable existance. It takes the power of GOD to deliver someone from an addiction like that.Try the united penteocstal church

Im happy that you and your wife have found a happy medium.
YES..i think its great that she gets what she wants (to escape her reality) and you get what you want (to have some kinda sex life).
I just think its great cause im 17 years old and have been with my de facto partner since we had our first child when we were 15...thats the problem, if she gets pregnant, shes gonna think that shes the virgin mary,LOL...

Hmmm. This is a difficult question to answer. I would personally not mind if my hubby got busy while I was passed out drunk. But maybe you should ask her what she thinks, before just doing it...just in case it would upset her.

Wow ... yeah, pretty much (it's called rape). You two definitely need counseling. She needs individual, for alcohol abuse, and the two of you need couples therapy, because "no sex" is a sign of deeper issues. Get help, fix what's wrong, and live long and prosper.

If you two have it worked out ahead of time, I suppose there'd be nothing to stop you.BUT why would you? The beauty, and the naughty, wicked, live hard, and leave a lip stick ring around willy would not be there. So why bother, and she needs to see the inside of a twelve step room.

No it is not okay. Instead of trying to help yourself, why don't you get help for her. I would think the sex would be much better with a willing participant.
