My friend tina is considering marrying her friend from India so he can gain permenant residency. She thinks that it is going to be a short time ( 2 yrs. or less) I keep telling her A) this is illegal B) I read about it and you only get a conditional residency after 2 yr. So a permenant one has to be longer. Can I get a website or something to support this from someone ? He's a great guy, but she can't keep a plant alive let alone a marriage.lol

It is illegal and both of them should be sent to prison for life. It really hacks me off that people like this bozo want to come into our country. I'm sure he'll then want to bring over his entire extended family and get them all on welfare ASAP. It's outrageous.
