There has been a net increase in ozone production in the upper atmosphere since the banning of production of CFC's in the late 90's. There is no correlation between CO2 emissions and the depletion of the ozone layer. They are completely separate issues. Don't let uneducated environmentalists try to convince you other wise, they are incapable of comprehending complex earth systems let alone simple chemistry.
