Yeah, I agree that its the first and last things I remember people telling me. Every lecture I hear is like; "Today we're going to discuss the regulation of potassium uptake by the kidney. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Blah blah blah. Blah blah blah blah blah blah... 50 minutes later... blah blah blah. Okay, see you all tomorrow!"

This centers around the propencity of western thought to hinge on the conclusions ---- conclusions are normally made at the end of conversation -- so that is why this is the case !!
Much like people remembering the destination of their vacation and very little at all about the actual trip !!!

from what i have learned from plays and motion pictures as long as the beginning an end are the most important because in the middle you loose some interest, which im shore is true in general conversation or party's .

When i was doing A level Psychology we were told it's usually the first and final things that were remembered. Middle bits not so.
