I was wondering if I could claim the zero liability policy of MasterCard. Sorry, if wrong category.

If you have proof of what you ordered....then the store will have to take it back, but it sounds like all you need is an exchange.......if the store sent the wrong thing there should be no problem w/ an exchange.

As far as zero liability......you should call your MC company.
