i come from a disadvantaged household and from a tragic death in a family..
i have gotten a 2.8 as a uc gpa....will i be considered for the admissions by exception?

my essay and letters prove why and how ive overcome it. i know my gpa didnt meet the requirement...but it wasnt intentional...
it just wasnt......

Sure. Just apply. Hopefully, you have a high SAT score to go with it. Normally, disadvantaged household kids have high GPAs and low SAT scores, but that's not always the case.

What's your SAT? I would realistically be aiming for Riverside, Santa Cruz, and Merced tho. Not Berkeley or UCLA.
