Is it worth the unhappiness to make a six figure income? I know how I would answer, but I can't answer it for you. When you can answer that question, you will know what to do.

I've never been good at office politics mainly because I find them to be so childish and boring. The money definitely does not make up for me having to spend 40+ hours a week -- every week -- miserable. If you otherwise liked the job, is there any way you can find out of these people are coming back again this year?

- Is the 2 managers work directly with you?
- Other than those problem, are you still enjoy working there?
- Is your current job, will bring you something eles other than good money? Like good career path, etc.

Sometime we can't make everyone like us. But try to find the good elements from the ppl who having trouble with you. Did you done something make those happen? or What causing those happen? Find the reasons behind it, you may discover something different in your life.

Remember, no one mean to be giving hard time to other ppl. We should enjoy every monument you got.
