Make an iso file of a torrent? If the torrent is an iso file then it will be an iso file. You just have to find the sites that deal with torrents and search for ps2 game titles.
Any pc hard drive can be connected to the ps2 (not the slim ps2) there is a compartment in the rear of the ps2, open it and plug the hard drive in. One of the easier ways to put the iso game files into your ps2 hard drive is to connect that hard drive to your computer and use a program called winhiip to install the isos. The games will be playable on the hard drive in the ps2 if you have formatted the hard drive with hdloader, or hdadvance.

You can't download a PS2 game since it can't be run on PS2.PS2 has no internal hard drive so the games can only be played via discs. And NO you can't make an ISO file of a torrent but you might see some software for it after few months as some companies are working on it.
