French 1 Help PLEASE!?!?

Ok for all of you french speakers... Can you please help me with this letter!!! It would be greatly appreciated...

First of all… I would like to know if what I’ve written is even correct. Does it make sense?! Does it flow?

Ok and how can I say "the metro stop closest to the theater is Bonaparte"?

Je voudrais inviter à toi pour un film. Le film s’appelle Le Grand Silence. Le film est à 14 heures 20, mardi, mars 13, 2007. Le film va jouer dans la salle L’Arlequin.

you've got a good idea of what you're doing, you just have minor grammatical errors. the letter should read like this:

chère stéphanie,
je voudrais t'inviter pour voir un film. le film s'appelle le grand silence. le film commence à 14 heures 20, au mardi le 13 mars 2007. le film va jouer dans la salle de l'arlequin.

keep in mind that direct objects go before the noun (te + inviter = t'inviter) and the basic format for writing dates is: day + le + number + month (mardi le treize mars).

to say "the metro stop closest to the theater is bonaparte," i would say "l'arrêt de métro le plus proche du théâtre s'appelle bonaparte."

i'm in ap french, hope i'm right! :]

First you say that: L'arrete metro est acoté le theatre est le station Bonaparte.

i am not sure what voudrais means but w/e it means it should be conjugated properly.

and film is feminine so it should be une filme, and la filme. Or maybe if the movie is masculin it changes film to masculin... i dont know

and the film does not have a name. It should be: la filme est Le Grand Silence. Next: la filme est a 14 heures 20, SUR mardi, le 13 mars, 2007. La filme va jouer (im not sure "to play" is a good verb. maybe to show would be better because a movie does not play) dans la salle D'Arlequin.
