My cousin wants to know that if she wears a size 14 or 16 in jeans, will she fit into a size 18 dress from David's Bridal?

I just bought a gown from David's Bridal and found their sizes to be closer to department store dress sizes than other bridal shops.
Jeans vary too much from one designer to another. I'd say she will probably be at least a 16 if not an 18, but no higher.
The ladies at the store I visited were extremely helpful and nice. Much better than any of the other shops I visited. They ship to your house, too.

It depends on alot of things. When I had to try on dresses, many were the same size, but there were many different cuts---- chest, waist, length, ect.

She will really need to try it on to be sure. But it may fit if she is large chested, as a size 18 dress may be.
