I'm looking for a pair of gloves that get good grip but are also very durable. Also if anyone has any training suggestions to help me to get better, it would be much appreciated

oliver khan finger save gloves are probably the best gloves on the market, they go for about $75.00, but im sure you'll get them cheaper on e bay.
work on your positioning, know where your goal is, know where your defenders are, know where the ball is and know where the attackers are. and when u figure that out think about the path the ball can take to your goal and find yourself there. never stop thinking, but try to keep your thoughts simple, one at a time
